Creating comic scene - Genie out of car bonnet

 

  

Start by opening an image of a car with opened bonnet

Open another image of an arabian looking girl.

Make cutout of the lady using your favorite technique. Insert the cutout to the main file.

Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Horizontal. From "Filter" menu select "liquify". Select pucker tool and apply on the bottom edge.

Using pen tool create a shape as shown.

Select and merge both the layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Press Q to enable quick mask. From "Filter" menu select "Render>>Clouds". Apply settings as shown. Press "Q" again to disable quick mask.

Create a new layer and fill with light purple color.

Select and merge all the layers. Duplicate the layer. From "Filter" menu select "Blur>>Gaussian Blur ". Apply 2pixels radius. Change the layer mode to "Hard Light".
